Looking for Wisconsin Dells vacation rentals? For a truly unique experience, reserve Sugarland Guest House!

Sugarland Guest House is a fully restored 1850’s colonial revival farmhouse tastefully decorated with primitive antiques. Nestled on 40 acres and located just minutes from Walking Iron Bed and Breakfast, this Southern Wisconsin vacation spot is one of a kind...

As a guest, you’ll be following the footsteps of architect Frank Lloyd Wright, internationally renowned pianist Gunnar Johanssen, and playwright Thornton Wilder, who are just a few of the historic dignitaries who have sought respite there. Relax on the covered porches, sit by the restored fountain, enjoy the lawns and gardens, or stroll along the stream...you’ll find areas of Sugarland that will inspire you!

The home was built in 1850 by the William Rowe family from Cornwall, England. In 2008, Bobby and Joy Hinds began the daunting restoration process that resulted in the stunning home today. Sparing no expense, every effort was made to provide the modern amenities that travelers seek, blended with the historic elements of the home. The Hinds family’s unique vision provides a special place for travelers around the world...plans include rebuilding an original grist mill, the ruins of which can still be seen today!
