Our coziest room, Alsie's early American decor will take you to a simpler, quieter time...the quilted queen-sized iron bed sits calmly amid antiques: the crackled pitcher and bowl, faded immigrant's trunk, and Scandinavian memoirs are all reminders of what might have been Alsie Peterson's, the home's Danish domestic servant in the 1870's.

Her room would have been a welcomed respite after her household duties, a comfortable space to call her own! With a private entrance and small full bath, make Alsie's Retreat your personal retreat!
